Try downloading and installing the latest BW Receptionist version from the PRC first. You may want to un-install the previous version completely first, before installing the new one.
If symptoms persist, this can be caused by BW Receptionist caching caching of the enterprise directory on the local PC for faster access.
1. Shut down BW Receptionist
2. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to
C:Documents and Settings[user's windows login name]Application DataBroadSoftBW Receptionistprofiles
3. Delete the folder(s) listed under the profiles directory
4. Launch BW Receptionist
