VoIP issues with Comcast

Customer is having problems getting a phone to work behind Comcast services. If the customer is sitting behind one of the new routers Comcast is delivering to their customers they typically have problems connecting to our services. The fix to this problem to go In the firewall options and disabled 'Gateway smart packet
detection. This will open all available ports.
