ATA provisioning and ATA web admin page login credentials.

It is now possible to provision ATA's directly through Broadsoft. An ATA configuration file must first be built for a given group by CP or uploaded by the partner. Once completed, a simple profile / provisioning rule can be used to populate the user and setting data in one step.

ATA's provisioned through Broadsoft are password protected, so that only our partners can make the changes to the ATA’s configuration. Depending on the prompt, you will need to enter the following credentials in order to gain access to the ATA web interface:

For “pap user” prompt enter –
user | adminuser
For “pap admin” prompt enter –
admin | adminadmin

NOTE: If you're using "http://las-prov-1.voipzone.us/sipura/bs/activation.php?mac=..." your ATA may be pulling its login data from an account in CMS. In this case, you can obtain the login passwords by logging into CMS, going to RES/SOHO maintenance and looking at the corresponding account. If you do not know the account, you can either perform a factory reset and provision the ATA using the Broadsoft profile rules or contact Partner Support to obtain the login credentials for the associated CMS account.

Profile rules will vary depending on which device type is selected in Broadsoft. Here's a list of currently available device types and their corresponding profile rules:
